both-sideism is doing my head in!

You cannot say "both sides are at fault" when one side is a genocidal entity and the other is literally 2.2 million people, half of whom are children, stuck in an open-air prison and being killed off. As of now, Israel has killed more children than the amount of Israelis in total that Hamas has killed. They have wiped out 50 entire bloodlines. Hospitals are getting deliveries of long, white shrouds as their electricity vanishes in their most important hour. People post and call their last goodbyes, writing their names and other means of ID on their hands in case they are caught in the rubble tomorrow. Shut-off water, shut off power, the bombing of 3000 TONS of food aid sent by Egypt. 

And you expect their dying words to decry Hamas? Hamas this, Hamas that, what about a shred of sympathy for these people? Are they all suspecting terrorists to you? Zionism is the real terror. There is no "but." Siding with these murderers is deplorable and it's insane how much of our media seeks to cover their asses at every turn. When it's an Israeli, it's "killed," but when it's a Palestinian, it's "died." Like it's their fate or something. 

A lot of well-meaning people don't even try to read or research about the conflict because everybody is acting like you need to be Einstein to understand this oh-so-complicated war! Guess what, it's not complicated! Read about 1948, the foundations of Zionism, the intifadas. Read about the Palestinians themselves, learn about the horrors. 

I haven't checked anything in this blog category because I know Spacehey is full of people who'd rather work on their scene kid profiles than talk normally about anything ever, so I'm just posting and taking a dive. If you're reading this, buy a kuffiyeh from a Palestinian seller. Unfortunately, Hirbawi cannot deliver because of the blockade, but other options exist.
