I love America but...

This country is ran by bozos. :P

I'm not gonna be all like "this country is the worst ever, it's a third-world country" or some dumb bullshit like that. I genuinely quite love it here (even if I liked Japan more, but it's comparatively worse to live there permanently as opposed to just a few years), but there's a lot of issues that need to be addressed (i.e. healthcare costs, gun violence, rising costs of stuff like housing, etc.) for me to truly say it's perfect. But the dumbasses in power are more concerned with culture wars and oppressing LGBT people than actually helping those in need. Granted that's mainly just one party but still, it's fucking dumb. Politicians are one of my most hated and mocked groups of people for a reason. Not gonna go all "both sides are the same!!!!!!" because like, c'mon. But they're what's holding us back from being truly amazing and that makes me so upset.

Acting like there's gonna be some revolution or revolt soon is dumb and unrealistic though. So the best we can hope for is just voting for the people who WON'T make us go backwards, as dumb as that sounds.
