The American Anti-War Left Needs MUCH Higher Standards In Who We Give a Platform To

Yeah, the corporate media and the Duopoly in Congress are our two biggest obstacles, but an extremely close 3rd is how often we let complete assholes not only have a microphone at our rallies, we put their goddamn names on the event fliers.

How can we really expect to be taken seriously if we keep letting convicted pedophiles, TERFs, antivaxxers, and Stalinists be our faces? And how can we be believed when so many have a knee-jerk response of accusing anyone who has valid criticisms of those people (especially when they bring receipts) of being warmongers?

Not everyone who says they are anti-war means it, and not everyone who means it deserves a platform. Grow the fuck up.
