Anyone else not affected by Taco Bell? I always see people saying their gut gets messed up from it but I've never had this issue before and have been eating Taco Bell all my life.

I feel like most people just don't eat enough fiber and that's why Taco Bell affects them. It's not crazy greasy or anything to really affect people the way it does? It never has done anything to me
