Equality for all ~

Racism: Everyday, I look around my school, my streets, my city. And what do I see? Racism. Its 2023 people, Racism shouldn't even be in our vocabulary. Why is it? Because people cant seem to grasp the fact that were maturing quicker, and seeing the racism all around us. It scares me on how this world is going to become. Its sad how little kids can notice this too, My little cousin whos Black and Im white, she looks at me and goes "Erin, Why do we get treated different?" It broke my heart to hear that, She's 6. Why is she getting treated differently from her classmates who are white? What the hell. 

Women's Rights: It's also come to my great great GREAT concern that the rights us women fought for are being stripped away by men. That's right, men. Not even our gender, and for ages men have been high up in women. From payroll to even social status. Who are you to tell me not to get an abortion? You don't know what happened, You don't know the things I went through. So why is a man telling me I can't get an abortion and do things I need or want with my body? Once again, Fuck the Patriarchy. 

LGBTQ youth: If you don't know, recently there's been a law going around where it states 'Transgender youth my NOT get surgery done, even with parents permission' So we have to wait through dysphoria till were 18-21. This is getting ruled out by CIS genders. Who are they to tell us what to do with our body. And why is there still homophobia? Again, its 2023 people, its normal. Stop acting like its not. Be who you are.

In all, Just remember to stand with those you care about. Take care of the people you agree with.
