I’m a 14 year old streamer

I’M A 14 YEAR OLD STREAMER AND MY PARENTS DON’T EVEN KNOW YET HAHA

Soo..I’ve been streaming on Instagram lately and now I’m a streamer..I’ve been active lately and streaming and all but I haven’t been getting any viewers joining my streams..I was wondering if there’s a way I could do that so I went to my app settings and set up a professional account for myself. But I’m not sure if it will work..

I want to become an internet sensation AND make my family money too so they can afford things for my siblings..sooo yay.. I so far only have 9 followers (And most of them literally look like grown men and adults.) I’m assuming this means I’m not reaching my target audience too (I’m a Cutecore account and I use hashtags on my posts so it’s gonna be a little hard since Cutecore isn’t very popular and wouldn’t be if it wasn’t for the hashtags).

Nobody in my family knows I’m a streamer except my uncle so I’ve been sneaking and doing my live streams. My content as far as live streaming goes it just casual talk or gaming and my posts are Cutecore things like Sanrio. This is sort of like a secret life for me since nobody at my school (not including my friends) know that I’m a live streamer and my close friends didn’t even know my live streaming account until today too.

There’s a lot of pressure when it comes to being a live streamer:

• I have to worry about friends,family, and classmates finding my account and possibly leaking it or joining my lives
• I have to do my streaming in private and I’m the oldest child with younger siblings and parents that won’t hesitate to barg into my room
• I have to find my audience somehow
• I have to make myself known while at the same time not revealing too much to get me doxxed or smth

I mean I knew what I was getting into when I started in a way since nobody said it would be easy and even big time YouTubers and streamers themselves tell fans it’s a hard job.

The difference between me and those content creators is age because they’re literally old enough to be my parents and I’m a freshman in high school 😬

That’s another problem too. Nobody is going to watch a 14 year olds stream so I sorta have to be big and flashy in a way to get peoples attention. But if anyone IS interested in interacting with my account and giving me a follow or at least joining my lives my Instagram account is C0smicBr0wniez101
