putting weight on your stomach, ibuprofen, a light massage on the area, soaking a towel in hot water, and maybe taking some vitamins would help like vitamin E or B or something like that (im not a woman ive just had exs ive helped with this stuff idfk, also i dont even think that completely fixes it i think it just makes it slightly easier)
