How does one love themself?

Honestly, I find it very hard to love myself. I mean how can I love myself if I don't even quite understand who I am, Yet I tell other people how amazing they are and why they should love themselves, now this could just be me, I mean I don't quite feel anything anymore haha, just a thought.
