R.V Pine's fanmade Deltarune UST

I've been following the account R.V Pine on soundcloud for quite some time and i've heard their musical talent grow and develop overtime. What started off as a simple Deltartune chapter 3 hoax became something much greater and is currently in development as a full fledged fangame! I'll link a few of my favorite songs and give my thoughts on them.

CREATIVE FREEDOM

The latest version of one of their most iconic songs, which is meant to be the secret boss battle music for their version of chapter 3 against the wicked Camellia. This song is a chaotic frantic bop, which gives off the vibe of a vhs tape stuttering with its repetitive nature. In this latest version they greatly improve it by adding different variations underneath the main melody. Afterwards the song transitions into its own take on The World Revolving and it sounds HEAVENLY taking on new hopeful highs and melancholy lows, while the bass and drums drive home the intensity and importance of the battle. Afterwards you think it's going to continue repeating the patterns in the beginning of the song before it suddenly jumps into a completely new section of the song, feeling scrambled yet desperate. The song finishes by returning to the main melody from the beginning of the song in order to create a loop. *Chefs kiss* Perfecto!

THE FRIEND INSIDE ME

Another sort of secret boss theme for a cowboy type character. The title is a reference to my favorite silly Toby Fox shitpost. Just look up friend inside me on youtube if youre curious. This secret boss theme is a lot more reminiscent of THE WORLD REVOLVING, focusing on a chaotic but joyful and hopeful feeling, bringing back 2 different melodies from cowboy themed songs in the RV PINE Deltarune UST. It then starts to get pretty frantic as various different melodies swirl around in a cacophony of freedom. The song continues and eventually straight up just brings the freedom leitmotif in full before ending on a goofy sort of cowboy sounding tune with the all might honky tonk.

Stardome Swing

This might just be my favorite RV PINE song EVER. The jazziness and epicness of the theme is amazing and makes the stakes feel high while also making you want to just get down and bust a move. I believe the song is so good I don't even need to go through describing it all. (Or maybe i'm just running out of brain power right now.) Take a listen and see for yourself!!
