Gender Envy and Attraction to Characters

Yo yo, I wanted to see what others' perspective of this was. I was thinking about my attraction to men in media and the similarity between all my fictional crushes. For context, I'm a lesbian and there's something I noticed with all my fictional crushes. 

Every man I've found attractive, I just wanted to look like lol. Like Zoro from One Piece or Hajime Hinata from Super Danganronpa 2. They're both pretty muscular and masculine and I've found myself wanting to look like that. Some more context, I'm Nonbinary, Agender to be specific, and I've always wanted to look a bit more masculine. 

When it comes to imagining a relationship with these characters, I don't really care much. I'm more focused on their mindset and body and how much I want to be like that. But it's sort of strange as my admiration comes out in the form of attraction that's very surface-level.

SO just wanted to see if others had this same experience with attraction to characters in media and if their gender intervened with their attraction.
