Thing.

Both the Republican and Democrat party suck. One party is downright dangerous, and the other is wayyy too passive about the most concerning issues of our time (which can also be dangerous). Biden and Trump are both awful people. The idea that the next election could be a repeat of the last one really grinds my gears. I really don't want to vote for anyone, as I don't want presidents to exist at all.

Trump is and was a terrible human being who should have never been president. He was racist, misogynistic, homophobic, transphobic, etc. He whipped up extreme amounts of hatred in his base and then acted as if he was doing nothing wrong. He never told his most extreme supporters to pipe down when they got out of hand. He has a record of supporting white supremacists and neo-nazis. Also, he literally started an insurrection (and not the left wing kind...)!

Biden, on the other hand, is all talk and no action. He is currently letting the fascists win. He pretends to stand for all groups, but when the time comes to actually protect the groups he claims to stand for he does nothing. Those on the right are always complaining about how "left wing" those in the Democratic party- specifically Biden- are, but in reality our "left wing" party is more of a right wing party. Democrats are NOT leftists. 

The institutions and corporations in this country are not leftist, either. All corporations care about is profit. They do not give a shit about people. Similarly, presidents (and the parties they belong to) stand for capitalism. They are not interested in changing the status quo, no matter how many times they say they want to. They don't care about the common person OR the environment. They're filthy rich, for crying out loud! They benefit from the exploitation of workers and the environment. No one just earns billions. Another thing that politicians stand for is imperialism and global warfare. So long as they can benefit from these things, they will continue to support them. Liberation will not be given to us by the state. Neither Biden or Trump will liberate us. We, the everyday people, are the only ones who can liberate ourselves.
