day 14:

hey !! last night i finished my studio project FINALLY! still have so much work to do, but its a huge weight off my shoulder. and i think we did a pretty good job considering we both hated it. yesterday i did some bathing in the sun and it was so awesome and i was sitting there sweating up a storm and it was awesome. embarassed myself during my driving lesson cuz i farted. just kidding i made a few bad driving mistakes. thinking about many things the past week, there seems to be a duality of life and death recently, more intense than usual for a whole lot of reasons that maybe i should discuss with someone.. today is probably my last day on campus this semester, horray horray!

maybe im feeling negative today i cant help but think about how the design of my "campus" is really similar to my high school which was horrendous and void of any human touch. i wrote down a little something while i was thinking about it and id like to share it with you:

I love the new world!

The new world is bright and spacious and a little too cold

I walk on clouds and skyscrapers still soar above me

Footsteps on tiles sound like glass shattering

And somehow everyone around me seems freakishly normal in contrast 

Everyone seems comfortable standing in an empty room with mirrors for walls

Grey walls make me feel smart

Seeing the world from my window makes me feel like i'm in the world

I love the new world its so cool and they play the radio

The janitors mop the floors with roundup

They seem to be the only ones that dont love it here

How privileged am i to learn about technology inside technology itself

I will never go back to chipped paint or epoxy, I am now in avicii paradise.
