horror movies

i love horror movies but at the same time i can’t stand them because i get horrible nightmares and sleep paralysis, like i love the concept and the graphics and i love gore but the suspense and shit makes me cry fr. especially if it’s supernatural or other worldly, like i can handle real serial killers and true crime, cuz my brain is like “that was a long time ago and they’re all dead so i’m safe” but the moment it gets unrealistic and supernatural my brain is like “they will find me. they will get me. they will kill me. i have no way to protect myself. gods help me please.” anyways yeah lolz
