My tiktok feed is flooded

I’ve been scrolling a lot lately on tiktok,I have such a large headache from the amount of news going on at the same time. Not only just with the American news but news from other countries and how everyone is having similar issues . It really creates a feeling of hopelessness, genuinely I never cared for life but it hurts to see others suffer from corrupted government. 

I wish I could do something, peaceful marches will never work and Americans do not have protection laws to protect them from armed police officers. I’m just so tired
