20 Questions, Let's get to know each other!

I pulled these questions off a couple different websites on google. I remember OG Myspace used to have lists of questions about each other people would share. Lets get to know a little bit of fun stuff about each other. I'd love to see your answers too!

Best: An $85 pair of flattering/comfortable/well fitting mid-waisted, booty lifting, skinny jeans I bought as a teenager. They were the best jeans I ever had, RIP.

Worst: Some cheap furniture that fell apart immediately. 

2. What would you describe as a perfect day?

Waking up with energy enough to get out of bed and do skincare, eating breakfast (preferably one I didn't have to make) with partner, family, or friends. Traveling or going somewhere fun or new with those loved ones, taking a bunch of pictures together. Coming home and watching something, while making something (like a craft), ending the night with my pets, a joint or maybe even some whiskey/wine. 

3. What’s something I would never guess about you?

That I threw a desk at a kid and got in a fight with a teacher cuz I had *anger issues* in grade school. (They were also being bigots thogh so I still stand by my actions).

4. What are three words that best describe you?

Kind, Opinionated, Unstable.

5. If you could win an Olympic medal for any sport, real or fake, what would it be?

Extreme underwater basket weaving.

6. If you could take a week off from your regular life to immerse yourself in learning something new, what would it be?

I'd love to learn how to make cartoneria artesanal in Mexico with others who are interested in it.

7. Where do you most want to visit in the world?

Japan because I admire many aspects of the culture, plus Mt. Fuji looks beautiful in photo's, I'm sure its breathtaking irl. 

8. What’s one hobby you’d love to get into?

Burlesque, or Dancing, but I think I have poor proprioception and I easily tire, so I get discouraged when I try to learn on my own.

9. What’s your most hated household chore?

Dishes are a squishy smelly sensory nightmare hell, but dishonorable mention to the litter box too. 

10. What’s the most beautiful place you’ve ever seen?

So many beautiful places, but I have a nice memory with my grandmother on top of the Pyramid of the Sun in Teotihuacan, MX.

11. What do you consider a relationship deal breaker?

Uh, there's a lot. If our core values don't align it's a deal breaker for sure though. 

12. If you could go back in time ten years and tell yourself something, what would you say?

Study abroad in Mexico instead of getting discouraged with uni and ultimately dropping out.

13. If you could erase one event from history, which one would you erase?

Colonization... wait, that technically might be more than one big event... but ... I stand by my answer anyway.

14. What has required the most courage of you in your life so far?

Probably coming to terms with some stuff about myself and opening myself to criticisms. (But we love character development).

15. Would you rather have 10 hobbies or one passion?

I already have many unfinished hobbies, I've always been jealous of people who have a passion, so that.

16. What would your parents have named you if you were the opposite gender?

Kevin, because my mom said it "sounded exotic". My brother would still be Guillermo, but I would have been... 'KEVIN'. ugh.(sorry to the kevins out there, I mean no disrespect, it's just not for me)

17. What TV shows are you watching right now?

Extraordinary Attorney Woo.

18. What are you excited about most in your life right now?

My partner says they want to take me either to Tulum in Mexico or to El Yunque in Puerto Rico this summer. I hope they get the time off approval :)

19. What do you consider as the best gift you could receive on your next birthday?

If I had the money I would gift myself a treitañera party because I didn't have the experience of a quinceañera. It was an experience I robbed myself of because I was too shy in my teen years....but 15+15=30, Maybe I'll just buy myself a big ridiculous dress, visit family abroad, and get drunk off pulque with them on the ranch? we'll see.  

20. What is something that hasn’t happened yet, but would certainly break the internet?

When S.686 (The Restrict Act) passes it will change the way we are able interact with the internet. It's gonna break it for real. :'(

The more fun answer though is Internationally televised first contact with aliens 👽.
