Have you ever wondered why alllll of Gotham's elected officials are pipe-dream richy-pants hotshots?? Maybe it's no coincidence... What if i told you that in Gotham there has been an extensive history of inner circle nepotism and voting fraud? You would say that's impossible! No such thing! I trust the Democratic Process! But I encourage you to look further..

What has every elected official been telling us? To remain calm and docile, to not worry about our financial situation because with their "Renewal Plan" everything will be a-okay. To pay no mind to all the filth among us urchins of the street.

Their objective is to KEEP US HERE!!!!! TO KILL THE POOR, ELIMINATE THE MIDDLE CLASS AND MAKE THE RICH RICHER!!!! They keep us under their thumbs, succumbing to wage slavery and squalor; while big-shot mafia dons like The Penguin STAY rich and STAY in control. This will not do, my friends... It simply will not... How long will it take for them to open their newborn eyes and realize that we need a change. AND WE NEED IT NOW!!!!!!!

I'll be vulnerable with you here my friends, I was an orphan. I had hopes and dreams and all I had was the hope that the rumored "RENEWAL PLAN" would save me, give me a brighter future. But all it gave me was colder winters, less food on my plate, and more hatred in my heart... THE TIME OF OUR UPRISING IS NOW!!!!
