1. make a list of the most up things or things that upset you
2. get rid of all evidence of th3m
3. make a list of things you would want in your dream partner
4. Feel the pain, it's part of the healing process if you suppress it you will NEVERRR get over them
5. STAY AWAY! block block block! I cannot stress this enoughhh
6. self-care, cry, eat that ice cream watch your favorite tv show let it all out so in 4 months your not crying randomly
7. stay close to people who make you happy, friends, family, siblings
8. give yourself a makeover!!! cut your hair get piercings get new clothes!!
9. DISTRACT YOURSELF!!!
10. Do things that make you happy try to do things you enjoy or even try new things better yourself for you DO NOTT try to make then jelly don't instigate!!
YOU CAN DO IT!!!! You will cry and be sad but thats apart of healing and its normal cry and let it all out now so it wont happen later
