guyz help i cant insert an image to my blog :(((((((((((

what should I do?? D:
I dunno how to insert an image by inserting URL. My previous blog was ok, but now it's broken and keeps lagging. Whenever i finished my blog , by copying and paste my image , it says 'PAGE 404 and a nyan cat gif :(( not cooool! >:(
