So far, there's no evidence released suggesting that what happened to Brianna was a hate crime. It's irresponsible to make such statements without the availability of credible and verified information.

Do you have any evidence suggesting she was murdered by her peers?
Yes, from what I heard, she was subjected to bullying on the basis of being trans. But most teenagers get bullied for a range of deeply personal reasons.

Again, there's not a shred of evidence suggesting that the individuals responsible for bullying Brianna are also the perpetrators of the murder.
I agree that it's reasonable to assume the incident was a hate crime. However, currently, there is no concrete evidence to support this claim.
So, instead of saying it was a hate crime, why not wait until more info about what happened is released?
