Soo, I sorta forgot his earing but we are too far in now! Okay so when I was drawing this I was think about 'What would Floyd wear causally?' and my brain went to neon. It also went to guys that wear shorts in the winter but more importantly neon. So I that's what I went with!
Enough stalling, this is what I drew!
This took me way to long to find out how to do.
