love life

so this really nice guy and i have been flirting at work. We work facing each other and I could always catch him looking at me. He never held eye contact but neither did I. The other day he asked me how old I was, when i said 18 in 3 months he seemed to freak out. I guess he was perhaps too old for me :<. I really like him but its out of our control. I like the way he is soft spoken, the way his glasses seem a bit too big on his face and the way he cant look me in my eyes. Maybe in the future? who knows.
