my brain wont let me rest

i just suddenly got hit with the memory of an old game i played one time at a friends house when i was younger and its haunting me, so like- if anypony knows what it might b i'd appreciate it because nothing im searching up is digging up ANYTHING

i dont remember much but i do remember there was a bit of a storyline with a magic hat, and the town you were in was all cats, including yourself. and then a dog came in and stole the hat and was going to do. something evil idk what. take over the world, destroy it, either one.

if it helps any too, it mightve been for the DS or Wii— my brain hurts trying to think of what it was called T_T
