I cant figure this out..

I'm trying to figure out what that thing wanted. Maybe it isn't out to hurt us? So far it hasn't done more then tug my skirt, it reaches out to touch us but maybe it's end goal is not to harm us at all. Think about it, if it's goal is to lure prey in then why use a cypher? Wouldn't it be more effective to just state its location in plain English, it has the ability to project a voice. Maybe it's a call for help?

Where are these things coming from to begin with? The "portals" only explain so much, why are they able to pass through but I'm incapable of doing the same? Maybe they're one way. But from where..

I hate to say it but Greyson and Wilde might be getting into my head a little. Not about bigfoot or anything like that but- Well, I'm not sure... I've questioned this world a lot in my years but I've never thought to question if there could be something outside of it.
