Ur thinking of oppression. That's the systemic and widespread discrimination that whites n cis r immune to because they created those systems.
Racism is by definition, treating someone differently due to race, and nothing is stopping an individual from doing that to a white person - what's more, this ideology erases racism BETWEEN poc. I got a bud who's thai. When he was younger he visited vietnam and suffered a great deal of racial abuse for being thai.
