so for todays journal i’m going to do some things i hope to accomplish by this time next year :) (TW S/H MENTIONS)

•i want to be clean from s/h for the entire year (i was close to five months but i fucked that up saturday)

•get on anxiety meds (getting a therapist next week so that may be a possibility and my dad takes them so it would be cool)

•get in shape

•work on my messy eating habits (basically having five meals one day and then not eating for a whole day it’s an ISSUE)

•ask for a chest binder

•get over body dysmorphia
