I've been trying to keep up with meditation lately, and the Headspace app recommended a mind and body connection meditation.
Just a reminder that it's important to remember to listen to your body; feel your emotions, observe where they manifest as sensations in your physical body, and find a moment of silence and stillness in the day.
Our brains are constantly running at capacity. Remember to give it a break and listen to your breath. It's important.
Don't be scared of unease in the body. Don't be scared of the negativity that arises in your thoughts and body, whether that's anxiety or physical pain. Feel it and honor it. Garner a relationship with all your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
Fear is rooted in the unknown.
