Wouldn't you agree with this statement?
I grew up with dogs, which makes me miss having a pet at home now. My current environment and work schedule is not conducive to having a dog sadly, but hopefully that changes eventually.
I grew up with lots of big dogs, like German Shepherds and Australian Shepherds. Fit working dogs that still know how to cuddle up and make you happy. They help with depression and help keep you for by exercising with you.
I would recommend getting a dog if you can, and treasure the dogs already in your in life as well.

i 100% agree dogs are amazing but i prefer cats all the way
I can't say I have a problem with cats, as I've grown up with them as well. Dogs always just seemed a bigger part of day to day life.
