So since I’ve finished revising materials for my last exam this semester (pray for me girlies) I decided to play hot girl music like same gyaru playlist and write a small blog post to see how things work in here lol
In my first blogpost I want to give ya all same tips on how to have succesfful yassification or what ever you want to call it. This are all things that I have tried on myself and I’m writing it from my perspective and only about things that worked for me. But maybe someone will find it usefull.
Before anyone says anything it is for humorous purposes but also there is a lot of things I expirienced myself and now that I feel better I want to make same jokes lol.
Tip # 1
Go to therapy
A gamechanger, literally.
If you can’t afford one than it’s fine!!! – look for online resources like exercise books to start somewhere and in a meanwhile try to look for other options that could you get a therapist. I don’t know how to do it because I use National Health Found in Poland ( a.k.a NFZ) combined with private therapy which one session is like 35$ for hour. For me it’s a lot but I have a part-time job and my parents support me so I’m privilaged in that case. Hopefully this post will bring same ideas and resources for people on how to get mental health help so if you have usefull links post them in the comments!!!!
Tip #2
Reprogramm your Mind
So this point is strongly connected with Tip #1. While doing therapy you will finally have a space to expirience your feelings that you have never before a chance to express. And the only thing that is keeping you away from being hot is the fact that you are probably traumatised.
When you are like partially done with your past then there will be a free space in your mind so you can finally create a new version of yourself. You are probably still going to be an interesting and not always nice time because healing trauma means sometimes to relive it on emotional level but it also give you a time to go back to things that you like in the past and maybe there will be an answer to what makes you actaully happy and hot.
Think about yourself – Who are you? What do you like? What you don’t like? How would you describe yourself? Where do you see yourself? What is your dream life?
And let this thoughs be in your mind. Journal about yourself, think about yourself and the best version of yourself that you are but still do the work that you need to do to create the version of yourself that you are happy with.
Tip #3
Don’t let any negative thoughts into your mind
Like don’t get me wrong – feeling sad, expiriencing difficult feelings, being angry etc is absolutelly fine!!! But we need to know where are our negative thoughts comming from. Because if it’s because you have an unhealed trauma that makes you feel like shit and the voice that you are hearing in your mind telling you how everything and everyone (including you) is awful than there is 99% chance that this voice is not yours. And hot girls do not want that in their head. If that’s the case for you than go back to Tip #1
Hot girls are focussed on their well being. If there is a single thought of doubt or anything negative that is not their voice – they redirec that. Reasure yourself that everything is working out for you, that you are safe and that everyday you are being the best version of yourself.
Tip #4
Live a soft life
There is no logical reason to be so hard on yourself. You deserve to live soft, calm, comfortable life. Claim the comfort that is already your. And you don’t need luxary items to live a soft life - I’m saing this because nowdays social media create this image that you can only be hot if you wake up around 5 am go to gym, drink a glass of lemon water for breakfast and then work for 12 hours etc and then go to gym etc. This is a big no no for hot girls. If that is not making you happy, you feel discomfort and you start to doubt your worth than don’t do that.
Again don’t get me wrong, exercising, going to bed early, eating healthy, taking care of your body is SUPER IMPORTANT. But a headspace that your are in is equally important. With soft and hot headspace there is a space for a better change and hotter you.
Tip #5
Hang out only with positive people or it’s better to be alone. Like you don’t need no scrub in your life like TLC said.
Think about your self and the things that people bring to your life. If itd sadness, anger, gaslightnig than sorry but thet have to go. Or you just don’t listem to them and walk away. You have better things to do than focusing on people that are only using you as a punching bag for their hard feelings.
Having people that actually care about you is crucial for your mental health so it’s about time to have a girl gang to support you. <3
Tip #6
Do stuff that you actually enjoy. Wether it’s make up, art, bikini or whatever, think deeply about things that you really want to do. And think about it on many different levels - from work to hobby and outdoor activites. Plan your time that is focusem on your needs.
Tip #7
Thrifting, thriftinh, thrifting
Go thrifiting and find clothes that you actually like. Like everyone looks the same this days and mainstream clothes are so boring - see for example „clean girl aesthetic”- like there is nothing wrong in being basic but making it a trend/ „aesthetic” is a no no for me. Everyone need basic clothes but it shouldn’t kill your creativity when it comes to creating your personal style. And for me personalny it was an amazing way to focus on myself and find unique things that actually feels like me. Experimenting with a style can be a usefull tool in working on your selfconcept and give you new was with expresing your feelings.
Plus Thrifting is a great way to find same amazing y2k, mcbling, emo etc piece. And if something survived long enough to be in thriftstore than it’s probably unbreakable.
So anyway I hope this brainfart was helpful. I’ve spent way to much time on writing this but I hope it was just a tiny bit funny and maybe usefull for same ppl.
