The Ukrainian parliament (Verkhovna Rada) has dismissed its Speaker. Relations between President Zelensky and Speaker Dmytro Razumkov have deteriorated recently, in particular over a bill restricting the power of oligarchs that the President pushed and Razumkov opposed.
