I dont really like the ones where every single letter is changed cause i already have a hard time reading things due to learning disabilities but some of them are pretty cool, idc if people use them i just dont interact with them, if they were one of my friends i would ask to alter it so it would be readable if they were talking directly to me online but other than that whatevs people can do whatever they want
