Help me find my cousin.

this is my cousin, Henrickson Dinglenut Barquavious Jr. He has gone missing after attempting to punt a baby in the local park. Little did he know, police were already at the scene. They started to chase him down, but he tripped and scraped his foreskin on the concrete. He then stole the police's motorized vehicle and drove off. please help me find him. We would always go to the local homeless shelters just to flex our wealth. We had so much fun together. If you have any leads, or have seen him anywhere. Please do let me know.
