societal cage

last year i saw a meme maybe you've seen it before but in case not here it is now i've seen this before last year however it was making it's rounds last year due to it's relevance. i've had some recent debates about gun control kind of... my opponent was not for gun control but my opponent in these debates was not for total freedom of the right to bear arms either which the later is my stance in the debate i feel everyone should be allowed to arm themselves weather or not the government says it's ok. thinking back on these debates and this meme i've come to a realization. not everyone understands the concept of total freedom also known as dangerous freedom (dangerous cuz it's up to you to protect yourself think full on anarchy) they understand the government provides them with something but what they don't realize is that government at all is putting up bars around yourself. home arrest is a thing sure it's not what you think of being locked up when you're locked up inside your home i mean you still have access to everything inside you can still send for errands and have visitors without it being scheduled by an authority above you the only thing is you can't leave some of you may understand the concept by thinking of the lockdowns that recently happened you where free to leave your home but you wern't free to do as you please and in a way leaving your home was pointless anyway cuz you wern't free to go places gamestop? closed hottopic? closed the lobby of your fav fast food restaurant? closed starbucks? closed the beach? didn't you just read a story about someone being arrested for going there? the gym? they're trying but the owners are being arrested every time they open. that was the mid stage of the lockdowns gamestop was listed first btw cuz there was drama early on about them staying open which they remained open till the release of the new animal crossing game before they conceded. but hey at least you can leave your house right? what about money? you got a job? no? oh you're going to depend on daddy gov to give you a stimulus which you may not even get at all cuz daddy gov cares more about those big business owners more than you but hey at least they're feeding you right? ok i think you get the picture now so how does this relate to the gun control debate i mentioned? one of those things the government provides to you is "saftey" they take your guns cuz you owning them makes you a "danger to society" and in the place of the fact they've taken away your tool for self defense they establish a police force but wait a minute you're now reliant on daddy govs police force to protect you now arent you? this is called a violence monopoly the government has decided in this hypothetical scenerio that is getting closer and closer to being a reality that you shouldn't have the right to defend yourself and that they need to use force to tell you and the others in your cage what you ought to do or not do so how did we get here in the hypothetical? simple you give an inch they take a mile the first thing to happen is to establish that 1 person or a group of persons has absolute authority over the rest of us this is where the cage is set up this single step next we let the authority establish that for the saftey of everyone in our cage they need the ability to enforce their rules i.e. they set up a police force already daddy gov is establishing his monopoly provided he hasn't outbought us yet so whats the next step? well daddy gov wants our cage to be as comfortable as possible he doesn't want us to notice that he's moving the bars in more and more so he does it slowly and methodically so that we don't notice theres the few at the bars saying something and trying to let the rest know if we work together we can push back and say no but no instead they ignore these whistle blowers and call them crazy it's a slow ban it's tiny things 1 at a time the full autos the semi autos the wooden headstocks the sights the magazine clips it can even go into whos allowed to own 1 so then it goes into only a specific race gender sexuality ect ect ect can own 1 till eventually we get to the final step in the process where our hypothetical was which is no one is armed and no one is allowed to be armed ok well not no one the police the authority established in step 2 oh and the authority themselves will still be allowed but you certainly won't in effect we're already inside this cage and what i'm saying is the walls are closing in and it's up to us to push back we can't be talking about weather or not kids people of certain races sexes or ganders or even the mentally ill (the last one mentioned here btw is a whole other rabbit hole that i may go into later) should be allowed to be armed in fact it's only a hindrance in fighting back if think any of these groups shouldn't be armed cuz remember step 3 is to slowly remove and if any of how this happens sounds familiar to you it's because these steps i just talked about about how we get from whats called dangerous freedom to a violence monopoly are the exact steps the n@z!s took to lead to the h0l0cu@st seriously you can see text from germans of the time who said they knew what was happening but they did nothing because it didn't effect them and no it's not just about who was being arrested it was also about censorship it was also about gun control h!tl3r did the exact same method to achieve total control what i'm saying is don't call someone crazy when they say look the government is taking something away or that they are oppressing a group instead look into it and if theres anything to their claims don't just look away join in with them in pushing back on the bars before they close in
