a dumb code XD

so i'm currently experamenting with this code that changes color one thing i did to the code i'm working with is to erase "backround-" which got me this

so what does this code do? well let's start with what i hoped it would do which is change the color of the blog body (the box your text appears in) what it does instead is change the color of the text at the very bottom of the page the spacehey brand text XD it's absolutely pointless especially considering no one is even going to notice it or if they do it's just a quick glance and a "huh? guess it was always 'insert color used here'"
