a reminder of our right to revolution

while elected officials say that abolishing the government is an unconstitutional act our constitution actually says we have this right in regards to tyrannical governments that intervein with life liberty property and the pursuit of happiness

"whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute a new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness"

it's called the right to revolution clause and many other amendments hold elements of it such as the most obvious one the 2nd amendment which states

"A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
