The others would def get suspicious of the sounds. But honestly would anything come from it? The pokemon world laws already allow for people to train their pets to fight others

true. They already allow animal abuse in the universe. Plus, it's Pikachu that's putting it in Ash. He could throw it off as Pikachu coming onto him

If they already allow animal abuse in the pokemon world, why do they even care if team rocket is taking pokemon in to do some kind of goal? its still animal abuse but it's just team rocket doing it.
