me ex keeps texting me and it makes me feel like im still important to him????? its so weird. one time i opened my phone to check my notifs and when i saw that he texted me i blushed so hard. AND HE STARTED GIVING ME TIPS ON HOW TO WORK OUT MORE???!??!?!?!?!?!!? omfg. anyways if anyone has any tips to get over him pls tell me '^'

block your ex if possible. Focus on yourself and your friends and remember it's okay to need support and that no one finds this easy. If you surround yourself with the best people you can find then you can make it through
