According to NBC News affiliate KGET, Moreland was charged Monday with several offenses, including attempted lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14, traveling to an arranged meeting with a minor, contacting a minor with sexual intent, and sending pornography with the intent to seduce a minor. Moreland was arrested Wednesday with assistance from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Authorities with the Kern County District Attorney's Office say he will be transported to Kern County, California, to face the charges.
