The Future of the Flock

Information, the purest of curiosities, is under attack. If knowledge is power, then we must keep this weapon from everyone. Right?

When I was a child, my father told me not to look outside of our own religion unless I wanted to fall further from god. I used to write down the sermons that the preachers shouted at us from the pulpit, so my dad tried to use this against me. He drove me to another small town and took me to a church there. He asked for my analysis of the preacher. I told him that the man is intelligent but he doesn't have any passion behind his words. He then told me, "He used to be one of us. Then he decided to learn more from other religions and this is what became of him."

Lesson learned. Only take in what I give you and don't trust anyone else. Sounds reasonable and safe doesn't it? I didn't learn this lesson the way he wanted me to. I saw through it and realized this is how the cults keep you.

My father also told me that America is slowly turning their backs on god and without him, it will fall apart. He was partially correct with this statement.

The churches and organized religions were in charge for a very long time. Throughout history, leaders understood this was the best way to control populations. It was the perfect mixture of fear and compliance, with rules that only the experts can interpret for you. Add in generational acceptance and teaching, and you don't even have to recruit anymore.

Of course we would fall apart when we quit listening to them, just not for the reasons my father warned me about.

As I sit in my desert abode and observe, I am careful not to absorb the wrong things. I fell for that trick once before. But now I'm watching our culture try to find new religions to fill the void their disbelief brought them. No one really wants to be awake. We had a bad dream and now we want a new one to comfort us in our sleep. Whether it be science, the government powers, a podcast host, or the news. Someone please just tell us what to do!

And that's what we have received. Chaos ripped through the information world and now there is a battle to control it. The Great Reset rebranded itself into The Great Narrative because tearing down the mind control was a bit more dangerous than expected. Propaganda will now be the new way to direct the herd. Problem is, the herd split up. The shepherds of men fell asleep at the gates. How will they ever rope it all back together?

Pay attention to what you consume and don't be afraid to ask questions. We will find a way to come back together eventually, but we will no longer be the sheep. If we all seek a better life, we will find one. They know this and they will keep us fighting each other as long as possible.

Because knowledge is power. And a powerful unified people is scary to them.

Observe and absorb.

I like how Glenn Beck says "Don't believe me, do your homework people!"
