They just made csam (child sexual abuse material) legal under the first amendment as long as it was ai. THEY MADE. CSAM. LEGAL. AS LONG AS ITS AI!!!!!

they are able to let ai csam pass under the law of free speech. mind you. they have murdered and arrested ANYONE who calls trump out for being a pedophile, for children in ice centers coming out PREGNANT!!
once abortion is mentioned, everyone is "protect the children" yet there are thousands in foster care, who get raped and murdered almost everyday, on the streets, and vote for a PEDOPHILE as our president.
"csam is legal since its not real" ai cannot create new faces. those faces in those pictures and videos are REAL children.

When you use the word [they] in "They just made csam (child sexual abuse material) legal," who are [they]? Perhaps you meant [a judge], as you said "a judge said it was legal under the first amendment of 'free speech'." But once again, who is that judge? What district do they operate in? What states or regions does their ruling even cover? What was the verdict from a jury, did they dissent or were they complicit? Was it even a civil case with a jury, or something like an appeal in front of a panel? Who are these people? I don't argue with you about the establishment using their power to silence out dissenters and protestors, as I've seen that happen physically myself. But your blog post raises more questions than actually provides answers.
When it comes to things as traumatic as the topic you're writing about, it's irresponsible to light a fire under people without giving them any way of putting it out themselves. All it does is make people feel anxious or powerless! If you gives names to the perpetrators of this, real, legal names of those doing these rulings, people actually know who they can hold accountable. And at the end of the day, if they don't have the time or energy to try to fix the broken systems, they're just going to read your posts which don't have any citations as simply lying. They won't know what to believe, so when a grifter comes along and tells them an easier lie to swallow, they'll believe it instead of you. Cite your sources!

yeah but its REAL CHILDREN in the end. someone could find a picture of you as a baby, and easily find a way to make csam with it with the help of ai. then there is csam of YOU on the internet. they use REAL CHILDREN to make their stuff. its no different then taking pictures of a naked baby to wank off to later.

real kids are being harmed by having their likeness used to make csam. AI can also likely pull from ACTUAL csam images and videos (i could be wrong but... like why wouldnt it be able to?) in which case it would be actual sexually abused children being used to create the AI csam. either way its different from stuff like kodacon which is all fictional characters. when AI is using images of actual, real childrens faces and bodies to create sexual images, it is not at all the same as 100% fabricated fictional characters being depicted in sexual situations

Honestly, even if those types of people are engaging in fictional stuff, it is still disgusting that they are even giving their urges the time of day. Outlets can also be bad.
For me, it's not about protecting fake kids. It's about whether I can trust the REAL PERSON is capable of harming real children. It's about warning others (especially minors) not to interact with those people. And it's about where the person is getting their inspiration for their pedophilic tendencies, which can loop back to AI.
Are they writing about a real kid they know? Is their art based off a real kid they saw? Are they basing their art and writing all of real kids? We don't know...We'll never know. And that's why I do not trust them. That's why I do not care for the "fictional" argument because we DON'T KNOW.
