Women in Afghanistan are banned from education, driving, working, using public transport, and going to beauty salons (because it's been already banned), They are restricted from going out into the street without a male family member or even speaking in public places and of course they have to wear burqa maybe all the time, some Afghan women says "an animal have more rights than us" and some people says "we don't need feminist"

I generally disgust by people who does those type of shit
especially how People argue about rights or laws, From where I used to live (can't give the name), children are going missing and no police or cops are helping cus many parents there fight other kids who mess with their child, and how children is publicly smoking, sorry if that offended to you. But please the other kids keep forcing other kids to do it as well, and some parents say "kids are kids" and that generally not okay, we moved to somewhere else because how I stopped going to school and how my old house used to get robbed a few times

anyone who says ‘we dont need feminism anymore’ is fucking ignorant snd thinks feminism is just about women not wanting kids. every argument against feminism i hear it ‘women already have rights’ its like they forget that theres so many countries where women still dont even have basic human rights like even speaking in public. its so infuriating

Clearly you don't get it. If you wanted to talk about women's issues you'd mentioned more than just a very specific demographic that is currently struggling. It's clear you learned about this off of social media and not due to your own research as you do not provide source or more important issues that lead to that problem. You want to be informational? You want to talk about their issues? Do it right and go in depth on said problem.

I could go in depth on how many women struggle each year in poorer countries. I really could. But then what? A TikTok addict would not go through a 6k word long essay and read it. It's pointless. Stop mentioning such big problems and then giving no substance!

I agree with this commenter, this kind of 'women in third world countries are victims of sexist regimes' more often than not gets used to support imperialism and US intervention, which worsens the conditions of minorities and women. since a lot of the countries the US intervenes with are majority Muslim, it also gets used to fuel Islamophobia.
people *should* be saddened by the conditions of these women, but just being saddened isn't enough, you need to do research into the wars and coups that put them in that position in the first place. sexism is a symptom of poverty caused by US imperialism, not its own disease
