Operation Condor 2.0 (Eng/Esp)

I recently saw several people theorize about "Operation Condor 2.0". Seeing everything that's happening in the world, and more specifically in Latin America, I decided to do my own research to delve deeper into this topic and, the truth is, the theory is not crazy at all. I'm tired of feeling hopeless and helpless, so I decided to do what I can with the best of my abilities: inform and raise awareness.

If you're from Latin America or have family from here, I recommend you read this blog and learn more about the subject. After all, the greatest form of rebellion is to stay educated.

WHAT WAS OPERATION CONDOR?

It was a group of far-right authoritarian regimes in South America backed by the United States in the geopolitical context of the Cold War. Its beginnings were: Paraguay in 1954; Brazil in 1964; Bolivia in 1971; Uruguay and Chile in 1973, and Argentina in 1976. It was gradually dissolved between 1983 and 1985.

This operation brutally and systematically repressed all forms of opposition (left-wing ideologies and people connected directly or indirectly to Marxism). It carried out extrajudicial executions, illegal kidnappings, forced disappearances, torture and inhuman treatment, baby theft, and sexual violence.

The "Condor System" as such was officially established during late November 1975 by representatives of the regimes of Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay in Santiago, Chile.

This system made it possible to target and attack exiled people who continued to denounce oppression abroad, but in some cases it also made it possible to attack relatives searching for missing loved ones and refugees who were no longer politically active.

By 1978, Operation Condor covered Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil, Ecuador and Peru.

It had three main elements:

1. Database, located in Santiago and where all the information was centralized.

2. Condortel, a secret and encrypted communications channel that allowed data exchanges of prisoners and wanted people (Telex, offered by the United States).

3. Condoreje, coordination office and advanced command that supervised operational activities.

Foreign intelligences were not only aware of this regime of oppression, but also collaborated, especially the United States.

How did the USA influence this operation?

The North American government, in addition to influencing ideologically, technically and financially, also influenced all the armed and police forces participating in Operation Condor, since the vast majority had studied in US military schools and were trained under the precepts of the National Security Doctrine, promoted by the North American government against the "international communist threat".

At that time, the United States was going through a major crisis of hegemony due to the end of the postwar economic boom, the strengthening of other imperialist countries, and the advance of revolutionary processes in America, especially the triumph of the Cuban Revolution and its declaration as socialist in 1961. In the late 1960s, the working class revolution felt strong in South America. The United States couldn't intervene directly with military force since it was already carrying the burdens of the Vietnam War.

This way, the United States not only organized secret meetings, but the CIA was in charge of supplying electrical torture equipment to Brazilians and Argentines, and offered advice on the degree of shock that the human body can resist. The CIA also offered bomb-making training.

But there is also another country that, personally, I never heard of when talking about Operation Condor: Israel

Israel's influence in Operation Condor

The tension between Israel's interests during Operation Condor is highly discussed, more specifically during the military dictatorship in Argentina (imposed by it). On one hand, its interests (against anti-Semitism) in defending the Jewish residents of Argentina and, on the other, the evidence that Israel collaborated with the contribution of weapons and military training, in addition to collaborating in favor of the dictatorship in international forums and court their vote at the United Nations (UN).

As I mentioned previously, the dictatorships and coups d'état imposed by Operation Condor were strongly based on the counterinsurgency and anti-Marxist National Security Doctrine promulgated by the United States, and for these same reasons Argentina (as well as the rest of the countries under this operation) could be considered allies of Israel.

The main priority of the Israeli government was—and continues to be— to stop the international recognition of the PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization), annihilating it politically and militarily, and evaluated that the authoritarian regimes of the Southern Cone were the best guarantee to stop advances of the PLO in Latin America.

It is under this pretext that Israel's participation in Operation Condor is defended. According to what they say, the imprisoned, persecuted, and murdered Jews were not assaulted for being Jews, but for their left-wing and opposition political ideals, and therefore could not be considered anti-Semitism as such.

SITUATION IN LATIN AMERICA

The resurgence of the right and far-right in Latin America is evident: Javier Milei in Argentina, Antonio Kast in Chile, Santiago Peña in Paraguay, Rodrigo Paz in Bolivia and the recently elected president Abelardo de la Espriella in Colombia.

All of these politicians have something very important in common: admiration and support for the United States (Donald Trump) and Israel (Benjamin Netanyahu).

I'm going to delve deeper into what is happening in Argentina, because in addition to being my country and therefore being more internalized with its situation, it's one of the countries that is generating the most debate lately.

None of the laws enacted by Javier Milei since he became president benefit the Argentine people. All are focused on the benefit of multi-million dollar companies and business-men, mostly foreign. I'm going to focus on what really matters in relation to this "Operation Condor 2.0": Javier Milei is giving Argentina to the United States and Israel, and what's happening here is going to happen in many other Latin American countries.

Milei's Government refuses to comply with the Law on University Education and Recomposition of Teacher Salaries (Law 27,795), which establishes budgetary obligations to guarantee the functioning of national universities. Argentina offers free public education for both Argentines and foreigners, and without public universities a large percentage of Argentines would be left without access to higher education, since private universities are inaccessible for many. Professionals capable of building goods and services for a prosperous country are trained in universities; rebuilding this chain would take decades. How easy it would be to subordinate a country whose people have reduced possibilities and economic independence, right?

Milei proposed the RIGI (Incentive Regime for Large Investments), which is basically a series of regulations to promote foreign investments in Argentine territory. The problem? With the RIGI, a foreign businessman with more than 200 million dollars would pay less taxes than any Argentine or an Argentine SME (Small and Medium Enterprises), and slowly these national companies are going to begin to melt down. The RIGI also allows these foreign companies to take all the money they generate, without having to pay the country anything. Basically, Milei prioritizes foreign economic interests than those of Argentines.

In addition, he wants to repeal the Land Law (Law 26,737) to encourage foreign investments, which implies the foreignization of the national territory, including strategic regions that contain essential resources. This law prohibits foreigners of the same nationality from having more than 30% of the total 15% allowed. In addition to that, it clarifies that in no case can they have more than 1,000 hectares in the core zone and in which they are declared equivalent. Also, the law denies the filing of natural persons of Argentine nationality or legal entities incorporated in our country with the objective of establishing figurative national ownership to violate the provisions of this law.

Argentine Patagonia lost numerous hectares due to fires during this year and the end of 2025. Coincidentally, Javier Milei offered 100 thousand hectares of our territory in Patagonia so that around 300 thousand Israeli refugees could stay to live and receive humanitarian aid. In 2025, citizens of Patagonia denounced the presence of Israeli soldiers in the area.

This year, Milei and Netanyahu signed the Isaac Accords in order to strengthen “diplomatic, commercial, cultural and security” ties between Israel, Argentina and other potential partners.

On repeated occasions Javier Milei expressed Argentina's support for Israel in the war against Iran. In this context, so do the Isaac Agreements: “they constitute a new strategic framework aimed at strengthening cooperation between Argentina, Israel and related partners in the Western Hemisphere”.

They also increase rapprochement between both countries. The opening of a credit line of 150 million dollars was established to support Israeli companies in Argentina, and the launch of direct flights between Buenos Aires and Tel Aviv starting in November.

"We also signed a memorandum of understanding on artificial intelligence (...) Argentina has the human capital, energy and regulatory freedom to become the next artificial intelligence hub in the world", it was stated.

However, several experts warned that on many occasions these agreements are not limited to civilian development, since research has documented the use of AI by the Israeli army for mass surveillance, analysis of personal data and selection of targets in military operations, which raises questions about the possible use of these technologies and their impact on civil rights.

Today they don't need a traditional coup d'état to carry out a second Operation Condor, they need propaganda and the excuse of a "common enemy". An example is the use of labels such as "terrorist" or "drug trafficker" that the USA employs to have jurisdictional impact on Latin American countries. They need to distract people, erase and distort history, and make you despise your own land so that when they invade it you don't complain.

Hondurasgate

In April 2026, audios attributed to the former president of Honduras Juan Orlando Hernández were leaked, describing an alleged international network of political influence that would involve actors from the global right, including Donald Trump, Benjamin Netanyahu and Javier Milei.

In one of the audios Hernández supposedly speaks with María Antonieta Mejía, the current Honduran vice president: “It is necessary for me to have that liquidity because we are going to set up an office here. With the support of some Republicans to be able to attack and remove the cancer of the left from Honduras and Latin America”.

In another audio attributed to Hernández, in an alleged call with President Asfura, on January 30, 2026, it is said: “We are going to set up a cell, President. From here, from the United States, informative, so that they do not track us there in Honduras. It's going to be like a Latin American news site”.

“I was on a call with President Javier Milei and it was successful. Very, very, very good, and I think that at this point we can do great things for all of Latin America. Some files are coming against Mexico, some files are coming against Colombia and, most importantly, against Honduras, in this case against the Zelaya family [in reference to Manuel Zelaya and Xiomara Castro, former presidents of Honduras]”.

"In Honduras you need strength, you need logistics, you need blood. If you want to have people under control, you need to oppress them. Squeeze it. Counteract violence by generating violence. That's what President Trump says, and you best assume that he's going to be there forever. How? I don't know, but you realize and pay attention to that and listen to me. And don't be so soft, don't touch your heart. Don't be so soft. If not, you can't do the job. This is what Pablo Escobar said". Juan Orlando Hernández to Tomás Zambrano in voice note.

"We are not going to let go of power. Whatever has to be done, is done. And if things get ugly, they're going to have to blame the communists for that. That's the narrative. That they provoked it, that they started the violence. We respond". Juan Orlando Hernández to Tomás Zambrano in voice note.

Historically, Latin America has been considered the "backyard" (Monroe Doctrine) of powers like the United States. Despite our immense wealth in natural resources, we have been systematically marginalized and oppressed. Countries of the so-called first world have generated wealth with OUR lands and resources. The truth is that South America has everything necessary to catch up with the United States and other powers, but we realizing this (and allowing it) poses an immense risk to the economic and imperialist interests of certain foreign countries.

If you're from Latin America, like me, you've probably heard at some point that in order to prosper and have a decent life, you have to do everything possible to leave your country. For as long as I can remember, my family has told me to leave Argentina as soon as possible, that the country has no future, and that I would do better somewhere in Europe or the United States. The number of Latin Americans who undergo professional training in their country of origin and do not become "successful" until they go somewhere in the first world is astonishing. "So-and-so studied engineering and is now doing very well as a nuclear engineer in Germany!" but why can't they be a nuclear engineer here? For decades they've been imposing the idea that Latin America is a group of countries inherently without a future, without wealth, without value, and inferior, to such an extent that even a lot of Latin Americans perceive themselves as "less". All while behind the curtains they exploit our resources and our cheap labor abroad.

I love my country, I love my culture, I love my people, and I will never allow anyone to make me feel ashamed to say that I am Argentine or Latin American. Latin American culture and history is beautiful, and today more than ever we must defend it with pride.

Anti-Argentina propaganda

A final issue that as an Argentine I am forced to address is this wave of misinformation and distortion of Argentine history and its people to generate hatred, calling us racist and genocidal. Very similar to what they did with the people of Palestine, and look how it ended.

The vast majority of people spreading and promulgating this propaganda are Americans and Europeans, which seems most ridiculous to me considering that they are colonizing territories with higher levels of racism than the ones in Argentina.

One of the main phrases they use to spread this hatred is that "in Argentina there are are no black people" which is not only false, but also racist in itself, since an entire community in the country is being completely ignored. According to results of the INDEC National Population Census, 302,936 people who recognize themselves as Afro-descendants or have African ancestors were registered in Argentine territory (2022).

To address this issue, first you have to look at certain historical data. Brazil (former colony of Portugal), for example, brought around 5 million slaves, while Argentina (former colony of Spain) brought only around 200,000. But now, what happened to that number of African slaves in Argentina?

During the Argentine War of Independence (1810-1825) thousands of black men were promised that if they fought for the war, they would be granted their freedom. Times of Civil War and Triple Alliance wars came, claiming the lives of many coming-of-age black men. There were also many disease epidemics that attacked the poorest neighborhoods, where many Afro-Argentines resided. This is how a considerable percentage of the afro-argentine population reduced.

In February 1813, Argentina enacted "Belly Freedom", granting freedom to children born to slaves. In 1853, Argentina officially abolished slavery, 12 years earlier than in the United States (1865). Furthermore, in Argentina things were very different as in the United States; there was no such thing as white people with white people and black people with black people. In Argentina, white people, Native Americans, and black people mixed. In addition to this, we had massive immigration of Europeans, which changed the demographics of the country and decreased the percentages of black people.

One of the most important figures in the history of our country is María Remedios del Valle, known as the "Mother of the Nation", a soldier who fought for the independence of the country who had African, Native American and white descendants.

Manuel Belgrano, one of the heroes of our emancipation and creator of the Argentine flag, actively fought racism and the caste system of the colonial era and defended equality between Spaniards, Creoles, indigenous peoples and Afro-descendants.

José de San Martín, considered the "Father of the Nation", not only helped emancipate Argentina, but Chile and Peru as well, and his Army of the Andes was composed in part of Afro-descendants and Native Americans, whom he recruited and treated as compatriots and heroes.

In addition to all this, Argentina was the first country in Latin America to legalize equal marriage in 2010. That same year it also recognized Palestine as a free and independent State. It has one of the largest feminist movements of the 2000s and has historically been recognized for defending human rights.

Javier Milei and his ideals do NOT represent us as a country. Stop trying to put more than 46 million Argentines in the same bag and DO NOT fall for this propaganda, which is being exacerbated by the World Cup.

VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL

Hace poco vi varias personas teorizar acerca de una "Operación Cóndor 2.0". Viendo todo lo que está ocurriendo en el mundo, y más específicamente en América Latina, decidí hacer mi propia investigación para profundizar en este tema y, la verdad, es que la teoría no es para nada descabellada. Estoy cansada de sentirme desesperanzada e impotente, así que decidí hacer lo mejor que puedo con las habilidades que tengo: informar y concientizar.

Si sos de América Latina o tenés familia acá, te recomiendo leer este blog e interiorizarte con el tema. Después de todo, el mayor acto de rebelión es mantenerse educado.

¿QUÉ FUE LA OPERACIÓN CÓNDOR?

Fue un grupo de regímenes autoritarios de extrema derecha en América del Sur respaldados por Estados Unidos en el contexto geopolítico de la Guerra Fría. Sus inicios fueron: Paraguay en 1954; Brasil en 1964; Bolivia en 1971; Uruguay y Chile en 1973, y Argentina en 1976. Se disolvió de manera paulatina entre 1983 y 1985.

Esta operación reprimió de manera brutal y sistemática toda forma de oposición (izquierda y personas conectadas directa o indirectamente con el Marxismo). Realizó ejecuciones extrajudiciales, secuestros ilegales, desapariciones forzadas, torturas y tratos inhumanos, robo de bebés y violencia sexual.

El "Sistema Cóndor" como tal fue establecido oficialmente durante fines de noviembre de 1975 por representantes de los regímenes de Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay y Uruguay en Santiago, Chile.

Este sistema permitió apuntar y atacar personas exiliadas que seguían denunciando la opresión en el extranjero, pero en algunos casos también permitió perseguir a familiares que buscaban seres queridos desaparecidos y refugiados que habían dejado de ser políticamente activos.

Para 1978, la Operación Cóndor abarcaba Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Brasil, Ecuador y Perú.

Tenía tres elementos principales:

1. Base de datos, ubicada en Santiago y donde se centralizaba toda la información.

2. Condortel, canal de comunicaciones secreto y encriptado que permitía intercambios de datos de prisioneros y personas requeridas (Télex, ofrecido por Estados Unidos).

3. Condoreje, oficina de coordinación y comando avanzado que supervisaba las actividades operativas.

Inteligencias extranjeras no sólo estaban al tanto de este régimen de opresión, sino que también colaboraban, especialmente Estados Unidos.

¿Cómo influyó Estados Unidos?

El gobierno norteamericano, además de influir ideológica, técnica y financieramente, influyó también sobre todas las fuerzas armadas y policiales participantes de la Operación Cóndor, ya que la gran mayoría habían estudiado en escuelas militares estadounidenses y se formaron bajo los preceptos de la Doctrina de Seguridad Nacional impulsada por el gobierno norteamericano en contra de la "amenaza comunista internacional".

En ese momento, Estados Unidos estaba atravesando una importante crisis de hegemonía debido al fin de la bonanza económica posguerra, el fortalecimiento de otros imperialismos y el avance de procesos revolucionarios en América, sobre todo el triunfo de la Revolución Cubana y su declaración como socialista en 1961. A fines de 1960, la revolución de la clase trabajadora se sentía fuerte en Sudamérica. Estados Unidos no podía intervenir de forma militar directa ya que cargaba con la Guerra de Vietnam.

Así, Estados Unidos no solo organizó encuentros a escondidas, sino que la CIA fue la encargada de suministrar equipos de tortura eléctrica a brasileños y argentinos, y ofreció asesoramiento sobre el grado de shock que el cuerpo humano puede resistir. La CIA también ofreció entrenamientos para la fabricación de bombas.

Pero también hay otro país al que, personalmente, nunca escuché nombrar al hablar de la Operación Cóndor: Israel

Influencia de Israel en la Operación Cóndor

Se discute mucho la tensión entre los intereses de Israel durante la Operación Cóndor, más específicamente durante la dictadura militar en Argentina (impuesta por la misma). Por un lado, sus intereses (en contra del antisemitismo) por defender a los residentes judíos de Argentina y, por el otro, las evidencias de que Israel colaboró con la aportación de armas y entrenamiento militar, además de colaborar a favor de la dictadura en foros internacionales y cortejar su voto en las Naciones Unidas (ONU).

Como mencioné anteriormente, las dictaduras y golpes de Estado impuestos por la Operación Cóndor estaban fuertemente basadas en la Doctrina de Seguridad Nacional contrainsurgente y antimarxista promulgada por Estados Unidos, y por estas mismas razones Argentina (así como el resto de los países bajo esta operación) podían considerarse aliados de Israel.

La principal prioridad del gobierno Israel era—y sigue siendo—frenar el reconocimiento internacional de la OLP (Organización para la Liberación de Palestina), aniquilándola política y militarmente, y evaluó que los regímenes autoritarios del Cono Sur eran la mejor garantía para frenar avances de la OLP en América Latina.

Es bajo este pretexto que se defiende la participación de Israel en la Operación Cóndor. Según dicen, los judíos encarcelados, perseguidos, y asesinados no fueron violentados por ser judíos, sino por sus ideales políticos de izquierda y oposición, y por ende no podía considerarse antisemitismo como tal.

SITUACIÓN ACTUAL DE LATINOAMÉRICA

El resurgimiento de la derecha y ultra-derecha en América Latina es evidente: Javier Milei en Argentina, Antonio Kast en Chile, Santiago Peña en Paraguay, Rodrigo Paz en Bolivia y el reciente electo-presidente Abelardo de la Espriella en Colombia.

Todos estos políticos tienen algo muy importante en común: admiración y apoyo hacia Estados Unidos (Donald Trump) e Israel (Benjamin Netanyahu).

Voy a profundizar sobre lo que está pasando en Argentina, porque además de ser mi país y por ende estar más interiorizada con su situación, es uno de los que más debate está generando últimamente.

Ninguna de las leyes promulgadas por Javier Milei desde que asumió como presidente benefician al pueblo Argentino. Todas están enfocadas en el beneficio de compañías y empresas multimillonarias, en su mayoría extranjeras. Me voy a enfocar en lo que realmente importa en relación con esta "Operación Cóndor 2.0": Javier Milei está regalando la Argentina a Estados Unidos e Israel, y lo que está pasando acá va a pasar en muchos otros países de América Latina.

El Gobierno de Milei se rehúsa a cumplir la Ley de la Educación Universitaria y Recomposición del Salario Docente (27.795), la cual establece obligaciones presupuestarias para garantizar el funcionamiento de las universidades nacionales. Argentina ofrece educación pública y gratuita tanto para Argentinos como extranjeros, y sin universidades públicas un gran porcentaje de argentinos se quedaría sin acceso a educación superior, ya que las universidades privadas son impagables para muchos. En las universidades se forman los profesionales capaces de construir bienes y servicios para un país próspero, reconstruir esta cadena llevaría décadas. Qué fácil sería subordinar un país cuyo pueblo tiene posibilidades e independencia reducidas, ¿no?

Milei propuso el RIGI (Régimen de Incentivo a las Grandes Inversiones), son básicamente una serie de normas para fomentar las inversiones exranjeras en el territorio Argentino ¿El problema? Con el RIGI un empresario extranjero con más de 200 millones de dólares pagaría menos impuestos cualquier argentino o una PYME (Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas) argentina, y lentamente estas empresas nacionales van a empezar a fundirse. El RIGI además le permite a estas empresas extranjeras llevarse toda la plata que generen, sin necesidad de pagarle nada al país. Básicamente, Milei prioriza intereses económicos extranjeros que los de los argentinos.

Además, quiere derogar la Ley de Tierras ( Ley 26.737) para fomentar inversiones extranjeras, lo que implica la extranjerización del territorio nacional incluyendo regiones estratégicas que contienen recursos esenciales. Esta ley prohíbe que las personas extranjeras de una misma nacionalidad tengan más del 30% de un 15% total permitido. Sumado a eso, aclaraba que en ningún caso pueden tener más de 1.000 hectáreas en la zona núcleo y en las que sean declaradas equivalentes. Además, la ley también niega la interposición de personas físicas de nacionalidad argentina o de personas jurídicas constituidas en nuestro país con el objetivo de establecer una titularidad nacional figurada para infringir las previsiones de esta ley.

La Patagonia Argentina perdió numerosas hectáreas debido a incendios durante este año y fines de 2025. Casualmente, Javier Milei ofreció 100mil hectáreas de nuestro territorio en la Patagonia para que alrededor de 300 mil refugiados israelitas se queden a vivir y reciban ayuda humanitaria. En 2025, ciudadanos de la Patagonia denunciaron la presencia de soldados israelíes en la zona.

Este año, Milei y Netanyahu firmaron los Acuerdos de Isaac con el fin de fortalecer los vínculos “diplomáticos, comerciales, culturales y de seguridad” entre Israel, Argentina y otros socios potenciales.

En reiteradas ocasiones Javier Milei expresó el apoyo de Argentina a Israel en la guerra contra Irán. En este contexto, los Acuerdos de Isaac también “constituyen un nuevo marco estratégico destinado a fortalecer la cooperación entre Argentina, Israel y socios afines en el Hemisferio Occidental”.

También aumentan el acercamiento entre ambos países. Se estableció la apertura de una línea de crédito de 150 millones de dólares destinada a apoyar a empresas israelíes en Argentina, y el lanzamiento de vuelos directos entre Buenos Aires y Tel Aviv a partir de noviembre.

"También firmamos un memorándum de entendimiento en materia de inteligencia artificial (...) Argentina tiene el capital humano, la energía y la libertad regulatoria para convertirse en el próximo hub de inteligencia artificial del mundo", se afirmó.

Sin embargo varios expertos advirtieron que en muchas ocasiones estos acuerdos no se limitan al desarrollo civil, ya que investigaciones han documentado el uso de IA por parte del ejército israelí para vigilancia masiva, análisis de datos personales y selección de objetivos en operaciones militares, lo que abre interrogantes sobre el posible uso de estas tecnologías y su impacto en los derechos civiles.

Hoy en día no necesitan un golpe de Estado para llevar a cabo una segunda Operación Cóndor, necesitan propaganda y la excusa de un "enemigo común". Un ejemplo es la utilización de etiquetas como "terrorista" o "narcotraficante" que USA utiliza para tener incidencia jurisdiccional sobre países latinoaméricano. Necesitan distraer a la gente, borrar y distorsionar la historia, y hacerte despreciar tu propia tierra para que cuando te la invadan no te quejes.

Hondurasgate

En abril de 2026, se filtraron audios atribuidos al ex-presidente de Honduras Juan Orlando Hernández, donde se describe una supuesta red internacional de influencia política que involucraría a actores de la derecha global, entre ellos Donald Trump, Benjamín Netanyahu y Javier Milei.

En uno de los audios Hernández supuestamente habla con María Antonieta Mejía, la actual vicepresidenta hondureña, y se menciona a Milei: “Es necesario yo tener esa liquidez porque vamos a montar una oficina aquí. Con el apoyo de algunos republicanos para poder atacar y extirpar el cáncer de la izquierda de ahí de Honduras y de Latinoamérica”.

En otro audio atribuido a Hernández, en una supuesta llamada con el presidente Asfura, del 30 de enero de 2026, se dice: “Vamos a montar una célula, Presidente. Desde aquí, desde Estados Unidos, informativa, para que no nos rastreen ahí en Honduras. Va a ser como un sitio de noticias latinoamericanas”.

“Estuve en una llamada con el presidente Javier Milei y fue exitosa. Muy, muy, muy buena, y creo que en este punto podemos hacer cosas grandes para toda Latinoamérica. Se vienen unos expedientes contra México, se vienen unos expedientes contra Colombia y, lo más importante, contra Honduras, en este caso contra la familia Zelaya [en referencia a Manuel Zelaya y Xiomara Castro, ex presidentes de Honduras]”.

"En Honduras se necesita fuerza, se necesita logística, se necesita sangre. Si vos querés tener a la gente controlada, necesitás oprimirla. Exprimirla. Contrarrestar la violencia generando violencia. Es que es lo que el Presidente Trump diga, y vos hace de cuenta y caso que él va a estar ahí una eternidad. ¿Cómo? No sé, pero vos hacete cuenta y caso de eso y haceme caso a mí. Históricamente, América Latina ha sido considerada como el "patio trasero" (Doctrina Monroe) de potencias como Estados Unidos. A pesar de nuestra inmensa riqueza en recursos naturales, hemos sido marginalizados y oprimidos sistemáticamente. Países del llamado primer mundo se han hecho riquezas con NUESTRAS tierras y nuestros recursos. La verdad es que Sudamérica tiene todo lo necesario para ponerse al nivel de Estados Unidos y otras potencias, pero el que nos demos cuenta de eso (y permitirlo) supone un riesgo inmenso para los intereses económicos e imperialistas de ciertos países extranjeros.

Si sos de América Latina, como yo, probablemente hayas escuchado alguna vez que para poder prosperar y tener una vida digna tenés que hacer todo lo posible para irte de tu país. Desde que tengo uso de razón mi familia me ha dicho que me vaya de Argentina lo antes posible, que el país no tiene futuro, y que me iría mejor en algún lugar de Europa o Estados Unidos. La cantidad de latinoamericanos que se forman en su país de origen y no se vuelven "exitosos" hasta que se van a algún lugar del "primer mundo" es increíble. "¡Fulano de tal estudió ingeniería y ahora le va re bien como ingeniero nuclear en Alemania!" pero, ¿por qué no puede ser ingeniero nuclear acá? Durante décadas vienen imponiendo la idea de que América Latina es un conjunto de países inherentemente sin futuro, sin riqueza, sin valor, e inferior, a tal punto que hasta muchos de los mismos latinoamericanos se perciben a sí mismos como "menos". Todo mientras detrás de las cortinas explotan nuestros recursos y nuestra mano de obra barata en el extranjero.

Yo amo mi país, amo mi cultura, amo a mi gente, y jamás voy a permitir que me hagan sentir avergonzada de decir que soy argentina o latinoamericana. La cultura e historia latinoamericana es hermosa, y hoy más que nunca debemos defenderla con orgullo.

Propaganda anti-Argentina

Un último tema que como argentina me veo obligada a abordar es esta oleada de desinformación y distorsión de la historia Argentina y su pueblo para generar odio, calificándonos de racistas y genocidas. Muy similar a lo que hicieron con el pueblo de Palestina, y miren cómo terminó.

La gran mayoría de personas difundiendo y promulgando esta propaganda son yankees y europeos, lo que me parece de lo más ridículo considerando que son territorios colonizadores con niveles de racismo superiores a los que hay en Argentina.

Una de las principales frases que utilizan pa ra difundir este odio es que "en Argentina no hay negros" lo cual no solo es falso, sino que también en sí mismo racista, ya que se está invisibilizando por completo una comunidad entera del país. Según resultados del Censo Nacional de Población del INDEC, se registraron 302.936 personas que se reconocen afrodescendientes o tienen antepasados africanos en el territorio Argentino (2022).

Primero, hay que ver ciertos datos históricos. Brasil (ex-colonia de Portugal), por ejemplo, trajo alrededor 5 millones de esclavos, mientras que Argentina (ex-colonia de España), trajo alrededor de 200.000. Ahora, ¿qué pasó con ese número de esclavos africanos en Argentina?

Durante la Guerra de Independencia de Argentina (1810-1825) se les prometió a miles de hombres negros que si luchaban a favor de esta guerra, se les concedería su libertad. Vinieron épocas de Guerra Civil y guerras de la Triple Alianza, lo que se cobró las vidas de muchos hombres negros de mayoría de edad. También hubo muchas epidemias de enfermedades que atacó a los barrios más pobres, donde residían muchos afro-argentinos. Así se redujo un porcentaje considerable de la población afroargentina.

En febrero de 1813, Argentina promulgó la Libertad de Vientres, lo que le otorgaba la libertad a los hijos nacidos de esclavas. En 1853, Argentina abolió oficialmente la esclavitud, 12 años antes que en Estados Unidos (1865). Además, en Argentina no pasó lo mismo que en Estados Unidos; no hubo eso de blancos con blancos y negros con negros. En Argentina, los blancos, nativo americanos y negros se mezclaron. Sumado a esto, tuvimos una inmigración masiva de europeos, lo que cambió la demografía del país y disminuyó los porcentajes de personas negras.

Inclusive, una de las figuras más importantes de la historia de nuestro país es María Remedios del Valle, conocida como la "Madre de la Patria", una militar que luchó por la independencia del país que tenía descendencia africana, nativo americana y blanca.

Manuel Belgrano (1770-1820), uno de los próceres de nuestra emancipación y creador de la bandera Argentina, combatió activamente el racismo y el sistema de castas de la época colonial y defendía la igualdad entre españoles, criollos, pueblos originarios y afrodescendientes.

José de San Martín, considerado el "Padre de la Patria", no solo ayudó a emancipar a Argentina, sino que a Chile y Perú también, y su Ejército de los Andes estuvo compuesto en parte por afrodescendientes y nativo americanos, quienes reclutaba y trataba como compatriotas y héroes.

Además de todo esto, Argentina fue el primer país de latinoamérica en legalizar el matrimonio igualitario en 2010. Ese mismo año también reconoció a Palestina como un Estado libre e independiente. Tiene uno de los movimientos feministas más grandes de los 2000 y ha sido reconocido por defender los derechos humanos.

Javier Milei y sus ideales NO nos representa como país. Dejen de intentar meter más de 46 millones de argentinos en la misma bolsa y NO caigan en esta propaganda, la cual está siendo exacerbada por la Copa Mundial.
