i find it so disheartening when a closeted man was taught homophobia growing up and continues to be an adult with those same ideologies. its mostly just sad because they grew up thinking they couldn't be themselves, causing them to grow hateful towards da gayz 

this really only came to mind cuz of this debate I was watching where the guy says that its normal to find the same gender sexually attractive as long as you choose not to pursue it 

and I feel like in that situation its not something to take very lightly, because the guy saying it is obviously struggling with internalized homophobia that lil bro really needa work thru

it was reaaally sad because the dean, the debater guy, asked him a question if he feels attracted to men and if he feels thats normal or whatever (I barely remember take what I say with a grain of salt) and the guy was like "I don't know man"
