Im fine..till I wasn't.- Elizabeth.A

"Im fine" I said and that went over their head till they found me with my head down and a broken spine.

Why did my sign remain "Im fine" when this song is my loudest cry.

"Im okay" they say till the blockade is erased,let down, and the monster is out,on the run, there's no going back now.

This is not fun always staying on guard till your sign reads "Im not fine".

Now suddenly having to pay the fine of the times I said "Im fine" without a healing spine.

This is your sign to check on those who say "Im fine, Im okay" and never let them go over your head because thats when you will remember the tale as old of time of those who are fine all the time.
