about taxing the un-vaccinated

There are 2 types of subjects who claim it’s a good idea to dehumanize, fine, or imprison, the nu-vaccinated “because they cost extra on the healthcare system”;
Normal people who don’t actually believe it, but are terrified of the possible consequences of publicly opposing these hate crimes, consequences like being fired, barred from social support programs, assaulted etc, or maybe they are too exhausted by the constant violent hate propaganda forced upon them, and don’t have the mental strength to speak up, there are a lot of those people, many of them don't even have the strength to analyze the situation to understand that they are in this group, and I don't blame them, they are victims too.
By now everyone understands that mathematically, given the current situation, an nu-vaccinated person is way less likely to take up a hospital bed than I would be if I were to pick up hokey, or uncontrolled eating, or driving a motorcycle, or cave diving, or any of many activities that I would not get charged extra for. No one believes that “if enough people start playing hokey to clog hospitals, we should tax hokey”.
And then there are the characters who actually believe it, and I have to make sure not to use the word “people” in this paragraph; the most violent, vile, murderous, blood thirsty subjects alive, who made terror and pain the purpose of their lives, they support the dehumanization either in hopes of “coming up on top”, and they dream of creating a class of sub-humans to exploit like livestock, or because they hope that it will lead to any and all dangerous activities to soon taxed, and they happen to be rich, which will boost them into a superior class.
They are the ones violating and terrorizing the first group of course, which is why the first group (mentioned above) are also victims together with the vaccinated.
So far I don't think I have conversed with anyone who belongs to the second group.
