I'm disgusted and we aren't safe

As we all know, the US is literally hell on earth at the moment. Not even HALF of the Epstein Files have been released as of 02.11.26. I'm honestly sickened for people just living their day to day lives as if there is nothing wrong. How can one be so desensitized, ignorant, and blind?? We should be talking about this every chance we get. I feel absolutely crushed for the victims and what they went through. I see comments on TikTok asking, "why hasn't anyone been arrested yet?" or "why isn't the FBI doing anything?" How can you not understand that EVERYONE is in on it?? We can't trust no one. 

I was talking to my two friends in class today about the files and the code names they used in their emails. One of my friends who is dark-skinned said "I'm so glad they didn't kidnap any of US." How can you say something like that? CHILDREN and WOMEN of literally any race was subject to torture, sexual acts, and abuse. This isn't a race thing, it's a human thing. REAL PEOPLE HAVE GONE THROUGH SUFFERING. I was honestly so taken aback at that comment. 

And PLEASEEE don't get me started at those "memes" about Epstein, talking about "just say you weren't invited". I hate that sooo much. People are so desensitized that they make sick jokes about a monster who ate babies, tortured children/women, took advantage of innocence, and so much more. And it's not one monster. MONSTERS. Plural. Celebrities were on that island!! Though nothing is 100% proof (as of my knowledge because I haven't been able to get my hands on the files myself) but your favorite actor/actress or singer is probably on that list!

Circling back to the jokes and memes, this also happened with the Diddy case AND R KELLY. Not sure if you've seen these types of jokes about R Kelly but they go along the lines of "all the girl had to do was move" like what? Anyway, people joked about the Diddy case so much that so many disregarded the terrible acts he did. "Oh let's go to the Diddy party!" "Let's buy 100 bottles of baby oil!" "We're gonna get lit at the Diddy Party!" Can we PLEASE be serious for once as a society?

I'm sorry if this ruined your day but at the same time... I'm not sorry. This needs to be spoken more about. Our (if you're living in the US) government is being controlled by pedophiles, murderers, just complete monsters. Thank you so much for reading this and please talk about this horrific situation!!!
