Discord ID check

DAMN IT.

The constant downward trend of everything just turning worse doesn't stop man, discord is (sadly) like, my main social media. All my internet friends (except a few) are there and here, and don't get me wrong, this place is great to meet new people that share your niche interest, but it falters at letting you follow up on them. You don't get much more than a (really wonky if I might add) DM.

So while I still check up on here and engage, discord is just better at keeping touch with people, but now they will force you to give an ID this march, lest you are to be limited heavily (no "mature" content nor servers, no viewing images an ai deems "mature") 

All of this, of course, doesn't help at all with all the grooming and pedophilia that goes around discord. This is a shitty excuse for them to get data that they say they'll delete immediately, yet we JUST had a data breach from them where this supposedly "private and confidential data we immediately delete" got leaked, it's almost as if they hadn't deleted it and were planning to do something else with it, shocker.

sorry chat I just wanted to rant a bit I just fucking hate all this "internet safety" shit, it's just an excuse for heavier monitoring and more data to be sold
