Many people don't realise that a DEADLY conflict are going on in CONGO. Many (or some) know that Congo is going through this horrible war over resources in the illegal mining that gives us the technology that we use today. But a lot of people don't really know the extent of it. I'm going to go with it as quick as possible (maybe not who knows) about what's going on right now. There's a whole entire history (from the person who i credited above me) which dates back as long as 1880 to now (2026) which is 146 YEARS AGO! And how ALL of it is connected, from King Leopold's Roberta's to the situation that we are witnessing today. Right now it assumed that 7 MILLION PEOPLE ARE DISPLACED! Along with FAMILIES BEING TORE APART FROM HOMES and A LOT of them leaving with CLOTHES ON THEIR BACKS! that's it. A lot of them live in displacement camps in Goma

Under VERY unhealthy conditions. Like, in these camps they're COVERED IN PLASTIC TARPS! And also WITHOUT CLEAN WATER, MEDICINE AND FOOD. The violence going on in Congo is SO HORRIFIC TO TALK ABOUT AND TO THE EXTENT OF.. CH0PP1NG OFF CHILDREN'S H4ND$ IN THE 1920's And today we are seeing churches and homes being BURNT DOWN TO THE GROUND.. along with people being BEH@3D3D, K1DN@PP3D ALONG WITH MASSACRES OCCURRING WITH M@CH3T3$, SH3LL1NG$ AND EXECUT1ON$ OF CH1LDR3N! The violence is so inhumane along with the S@ BEING USED AS A WEAPON FOR WAR ITS ACTUALLY SCARY. You're probably wondering: who is causing/driving these horrors in Congo? Well there are two groups, the M23 and the ADF, they were first rebel groups when Congo was formed but now, they're being funded by seperate countries. The M23 was the tutsi lead rebel group and the tutsies (I'm sorry if I misspelt it) are from Rwanda, and if you know the Rwanda Genocide then you know what the tribal group is.

The Rwandan genocide, also known as the genocide against the Tutsi or the Tutsi genocide, occurred from 7 April to 19 July 1994 during the Rwandan Civil War. Over a span of around 100 days, members of the Tutsi ethnic group, as well as some moderate Hutu and Twa, were systematically killed by Hutu militias. While the Rwandan Constitution states that over 1 million people were killed, most scholarly estimates suggest between 500,000 and 662,000 Tutsi died, mostly men. The genocide was marked by extreme violence, with victims often murdered by neighbours, and widespread s3xu@l violence, with between 250,000 and 500,000 women r@ped.

They also (sort of) disappeared in 2013 but they came back in full force in 2021 with such organisations and violence, it was ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING for the people. They are the ones who are now taking control of the cities and populated areas and they're being funded by Rwanda. The country denied this but the U.N has credited evidence that's shows that they are ACTIVELY FUNDING THIS HORRENDOUS GENOCIDE.
