[[Angry Feminist Rant]]

OKK SO!!!!!

As of today, specifically last night, I've been chat banned for 5 days on Roblox  for the reason of calling myself a Misandrist, FIRST OF ALL! the context was clearly joking and unserious, and secondly! treating Misandrist like its a bad term is incredibly unhealthy, the idea that misandry can even be put on the same level as misogyny is absurd!

All forms of oppression come in a hierarchical structure, The oppressed group will never be able to do harm like the oppressor, and the harsh truth of the matter is that Men are an oppressive force over women (now this is not to say that ALL men are ill intentioned, I believe a fair few men are well intentioned, but in the structure that we live in, men are practically ingrained into misogynistic thinking)

its like treating Cracker as a word on the same Level as the N word, a silly premise.

I think it adds further insult to injury that when I appealed this ban it practically immediately returned with a block of the appeal. And I don't know if I'm just being mean but I'm assuming the human reviewer was a man, very possibly salty about me being RIGHT!!!!!

As an angry feminist...misandry is bad because it undermines the entire message of feminism in the first place. Obviously it is not as bad as misogony but i still find misandrists annoyings and hypocritical (not saying you are one). Im kind of on the fence about whatever you should have gotten banned for 5 days, but i find "i hate men" jokes uneducated and distasteful. Also i would argue that not taking misandry seriously is actually quite anti feminist for the reason that you might think the women who call themselves misandrists are unable to do any real harm but they can. Tolerating it for now may cause it to flourish, and grow more hateful and dangerous, it may cause things like male SA, mens mental health, and male victims against female oppressors to be undermined.

hombre its pretty basic theory to understand that acts against an oppressive force are justifiable, at the end of the day the patriarchy literally controls the world we live in and has done for too long, its not just "not as bad" as misogyny, its a rightful anger. You can perceive "I hate men" jokes as distasteful, that's your opinion but they will never be anywhere near as harmful as half the things men say. Male SA is of course a horrible horrible thing, the same as all SA, but the majority of those who commit acts of Male SA and men, and on top of that the majority of those who joke about and bully Male SA victims are also men. ygm?

Yeah i totally understand what you mean but i disagree all acts against an oppresive force are justifiable. Like for example, the september 11 attack (9/11) was of course horrible and about 3000 people died. But what America did in response to that attack blew it way out of proportion and we can see the repurcussion of that response to day (hostility towards immigration and ICE) i know that might be a little bit of an unfair example but what im trying to get at is, bad thing happens, victim responds to it in a wrongful way. Yes the frustration against the patriarchy and misogony is 100% valid you should not become an oppressor, even in a more harmless way, in response to that oppression because not only is it hypocritical but misandry is not a meaningful response to the patriarchy in my opinion. Misandry *somewhat* contributes to the patriarchy by making men more isolated in a way? (Which is also caused by the patriarchy and capitalism wanting to make men unfeeling money machines). So if a, i guess misandrists, jokingly makes penis size jokes, insults a guy for not having a good job, characterizes all men as bad or constantly antagonizes them (though i understand this is kind of a safety precaution in a way) it kind of feeds into the gender norms that keep the patriarchy running in the first place. And in response men direct their hatred towards women, instead of the patriarchy and capitalism and turn them into misgonysts. I kind of hate being put into this position cuz i agree misandry is a bit of an overblowm issue used by anti-feminists. I think we can all agree if we used meaningful tacticts to get rid of misogony/patriarchy then the issue of misandry will disappear because it IS a direct response to patriarchy. But i dont think we should let it fly under the radar and act like misandrists cant be held accountable.

Oh i forgot to add this but in the misandry turning men into misogonysts thing that might just be from me watching way too much content about incel 4chan type of people. Argument might fall apart cuz obviously most men arent 4chan lurkers so feel free to refute anything i guess
