But I would also sit on my computer for HOURS and play solitaire. I could win a game in like 43 seconds. Tell me why I didn't realize those were hyperfixations til yeeeeears later
OMG NO SAME i would play this clock card game by myself for like 6 hours straight everyday it was so bad
but honestly after that i learned how to play alot more card games and some could say i'm quite good at them now hehe 
and oh my gosh yes i love love LOVED my bop it but eventually my parents threw it out because it got too annoying...aaaand wowwwie holy peak with the star trek mention ๐ฅน

i used to play with four dough made with outdated four. i once found a bug while i was shaping dough and never played with four again

Me and other kids copied pokemon card game, exept we had no real pokemon card sold, so we just drew them on paper. Then chose a person to hide a card, searched for it and the one who found it first would get the card. Then we used them like real pokemon, fought and trained them, some kids had gyms and badges. And the fight system was just throwing a usual dice where 1 was a crit and 6 was a miss. A few moves worked differently and required two dice throws like tweenedle, where you have to throw dice not only for miss but for the number of hits that will go through, and hight miss status moves like sing, had half of numbers for miss, and half for a hit. :3

I remember playing with ink capsules for ink pens with my classmates in elementary school, we were required to use those pens so we always had a lot of those capsules, unused ones were soldiers and we would make them armor and gear from empty ones, we would make our own armies and then battle each other or something like that

We also created games on paper, most successful one which I made was a real time strategy game, we created custom maps and units with their own stats, like health, damage, splash damage how how fast they moved, we would take turns and move our units by erasing them and drawing them again, we had to destroy each other's castles, there were also smaller towers in the middle and they would give you more cash, one game took weeks or sometimes even months to complete
I look back now and realize we were pretty advanced at our age, oh yeah we also drew comics together, I still have some of them somewhere, great times lol

we had additional classes where we would just hang out our go outside, and we also couldn't use our phones in school, so we had to improvise, I didn't own a smartphone anyway -_-

i know! it's like none of what we normally would do wasn't normal anymore - it was weird or stupid. like i know that happens when you grow up, but it wasn't the feeling of growing out of those things, it was like we were forced out of those things :( (if that makes any sense at all)
