if you truely care about the lives of other people youll switch, if you truly love your favourite artists, youll switch. even better if you buy their music directly from them especially from CDs, vinyl merch etc.
and remember NOTHING in this world is ethical but even if you do something small like switching from an evil app etc its something!!
switching to a slightly more ethical app is way better than doing nothing

JESUS- I never knew it was this bad....I will be switching to youtube music but it's gonna be a pain getting all my music from one place to another :(
In YouTube music, if you scroll to the bottom of or library (or maybe in settings I don't remember) you can automatically transfer your playlists from Spotify to YouTube music. If this doesn't work then I suggest giving Google a good ol' search. Hope this helps in a way.

I didn't know the involvement of Spotify in AI weapons manufacturing though. Can you provide news sources and them links? I'm very on board on the part that Spotify exploits artists. It's been getting worse by the minute, but people have been pushed to believe "paying a little more is not a big deal". That money is NOT going to artists you love.
